UK residents
All items are sent by 2nd class post. Delivery normally takes between 3-5 days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
International
International orders are sent via standard post (except for Combo Sets, which are sent via tracked post). Delivery normally takes between 5-7 days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays), but can take up to 2 weeks depending on country of destination.
International Import Duty
International residents may be liable to pay their country's import duty / tax upon receipt of their package - this is a fee charged by your local Customs Authority, and differs from country to country. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for your individual country's tax duty, so please take this into consideration when placing an order.
